ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS
CHECK IN 15:00 HOURS / CHECK OUT 11:00 HOURS.
Minimum stay of 4 nights, if the complete Caserío is reserved it must be for a minimum stay of 7 nights.
Noise hours: Guests must minimize noise from 10:00 p.m. to 22:00 a.m., out of respect for neighboring properties.
The garden lights schedule will remain until 06:00.
conditions on cots and extra beds
A cot can be added on request, the maximum number of cots allowed depends on the type of house you choose. Check the maximum capacity of the house you have selected.
It is not possible to add a cot in House IV.
No extra beds can be added to the accommodation
Additional Information
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INSIDE THE HOUSE
Pets are not allowed under any conditions.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: We do not charge a security deposit. We understand that accidents happen; Please tell us immediately if there are any breakages, so that we can fix and have items replaced to ensure the house remains fully stocked.
Rates include: one set of bed linen and towels for each subsequent week booked. For stays longer than 15 days, you can do: a cleaning, change of sheets and towels for an additional cost.
Unlimited internet use is included in the rental rate, as are facility fees.
House IV, has paid air conditioning.
We suggest that you bring towels for use on the beach as we do not allow towels or sheets to be used outside the property.
At the exit of the property, all waste and garbage must be deposited in the appropriate containers for it when crossing the street.
When leaving the property, they must leave the sets of keys in the safe outside the premises.
